  • Fix & Flips only, up to 90% LTC not to exceed 70-75% ARV

  • First-Lien positions only and interest-only payments

  • options for BPO, Appraisal, and No Appraisal

  • Options for no prepayment penalty

  • Up to 100% financing option with First-Lien position cross-collateralization (properties must be free & clear and have sufficient equity)
